This company owns multiple properties, and the one we stayed in (Bertiera House) was average at best. Although the staff were helpful in getting them fixed, we had trouble with the AC and with the washing machine. The kitchen had basic equipment. On the plus side the location was excellent. Note that it is popular with college students and we did hear noise at 4:00 am - white noise app recommended. We rented through booking.com and I recommend you get pictures of the specific unit you will be in.
