Go for it!!! The staffs are great. I am an Indian solo traveller and i came 2-3hrs early and i was expecting that they will let me sit in the lobby, thats it, but not only they gave me a room but they upgraded it cz my standard was not ready yet. So basically i got bigger family room with multiple beds 😅 Everyone was soo decent and friendly to me. They were very responsive to my requests. And also the location is perfect, away from sounds/bar but just 2min walk from beach.

Close to pattaya beach, close to terminal 21. Big room with bathtub, clean pool, i think it offers breakfast but we ate around.

Dark and dimly lit lobby, hallways are long and have poor lighting during the day as well as at night make it seem like the perfect setting for a horror film. I was here during the low season so maybe they were trying to save on electricity, but it does not give a very welcoming atmosphere or great impression especially when surrounding hotels are very well lit with natural lighting and make the most use of their space. Rooms are basic, showing their age. Fake marble on the walls, balcony door lock not locking properly and handles on the bathroom doors starting to fall apart, and signs of diy repairs all around. Despite this, the rooms are relatively comfortable to stay in. You get the bare minimum amenities in your room, there is a kettle but no glassware to accomodate hot water, no coffee or tea in the rooms but you can get them at the lobby in the morning before 11. Not a terrible place to stay but there are lots of other places around that offer better value. 1
