This hotel offers spacious and very comfortable rooms. The bathroom provides more than enough towels, shampoo, soap and body lotion. Checking in and out went very smoothly. Breakfast was good. The hotel offers an indoor swimming pool. It is located a few kilometres outside Modena in an industrial area. This implies evenings and nights are quiet but mornings can be a bit noisy.

Location perfect, car park excellent, room (apartment suite) & staff exceptional. Breakfast very poor - avoid: scrambled eggs from powder, bacon super salty, sausage inedible, croissants lack lustre, cakes straight from Lidl, golden syrup poured over a honeycomb doesn’t make it honey. We would definitely come back but no breakfast.

Not a pleasant experience at this hotel. Rooms are outdated. The heating system blows cold air and I could not increase the room temperature. Breakfast wasn’t great and the staff member at the restaurant was extremely rude. They have two rooms for breakfast and one was very cold. I won’t be going back.

The hotel itself is nice, there are facilities i.e. lobby, restaurant, swimming pool; breakfast is very good especially, lunch and dinner also nice, however, the room on the last floor (room 313) cannot be qualified as a 4* room because there are almost no windows. There's a very dark ceiling and tiny windows from which you can see the roof. So, as early as at 10 am you have to turn on the light. Personnel is friendly and helpful.
