Fine hotel with nice staff. The rooms are as every other best western - nice and clean. Decent WiFi and good water pressure. Rooms have ironing and tea and coffee facilities. The location was not ideal as a bit far away from centre for walking but you can use public transport and cabs are reasonably priced. Not too far from the airport too.

Helpful reception which speak different languages including English. The rooms are largeclean and comfortable. If you prefer a window open at night it is a little noisy but not intrusive. The price of the rooms are in line with the distance to the city centre. I am more than happy with this hotel. The restaurant is excellent. The only criticism is the bar which when busy, (the hotel has a lot of coach parties staying), has only one barman serving and change for cash seems to be a problem which involves them giving to go to the office to get more change.

The hotel is located outside the center of Warsaw, 25 minutes from the modern center and the historic center, with the bus stop right in front of the hotel, where every bus runs every 10 minutes during the day and every 20 minutes on holidays and at night . The buses take you to both the modern center and the historic center and it is possible to purchase a ticket on board with a credit card for 80 cents The hotel is located in a quiet area with supermarket, restaurants, hairdresser and bars, with a car park and a nice vintage entrance, as well as an excellent restaurant/bar, with good service and food and price, too bad the opening hours are too short, i hope they will change at least the closing time until 22:45 and improve the wireless coverage there. My room had a blocked tap, a window that didn't close properly and terrible wifi (with many website restrictions). The cleaning lady does not speak English and she never made the bed for 9 days, nor changed the sheets or vacuumed ; once I was naked with my girlfriend, and she came into the room without knocking. One evening I found a man lying outside my room on the floor, which means the security is not working and no one sees the cameras, I had to call the receptionist, and my girlfriend was very scared. They should put also different pillows on the bed, 2 per person. Thanks for the receptionist Julia and the waiter Pawel, note 10/10 to them.
