Overall great experience. Rooms were clean. Checking in and out was easy. Hotel staff were all very nice. Upon check in they gave us a bag for sea world as well as little Dolphin stuffed animals and a discounted rate on parking. Only downfalls are that you can hear the highway from your hotel room if on that side and it's pretty loud and the air fresheners outside in the hallway was extremely strong on the 3rd floor, one of our outlets didn't work and our bathroom fan. Minor things for us, but to some it may matter. We were able to check in early and the continental breakfast was very good. Would recommend staying here again.

Stayed on New Year’s Eve, booking from Priceline after a day at Sea World. The desk was open until 2am for late check in which was convenient. We really just stayed the night and didn’t use any amenities but there is a pool and it was heated. The hotel is large and tucked away on Hotel Circle in Mission Valley so while it is not in a great walking location there is plenty of places to go close by driving. There was no EV parking so had to take a quick trip to Fashion Valley Mall to top off before bed so we could head out in the morning. Staff was great and good at describing how to get around because it could have been confusing. The room was comfortable 2 queens and a pull out couch that fit the 6 of us comfortably. We did take advantage of the included breakfast in the morning. It was packed and hard to find seating. The offerings were great and a nice way to start your day. Would definitely stay again in the same type situation looking for just a room for the night and a place to eat in the morning.

The employees at this place are amazing! Everyone is so friendly, even coming after midnight they still greet you well. From the security guy, GM, and kitchen employees, well done! Very welcoming. The rooms are nice, we were a family of 5 with 2 queen beds plus small couch that's reversed into sleeping bed, so plenty of room for all. We booked here 2x on this vacation. Breakfast is really good, all fresh and with plenty of replenishment. Parking, it's tight for sure, still plenty of spaces there but tight to park and yes there is a parking charge, It's a convenient place, 10 min from the airport. If we go again to SD, I would try to book with them.

Amber and Ashley are rockstars!🌟 I checked in at the Best Western Inn & Suite Zoo and was met by two of the nicest, most professional ladies you ever want to meet. Amber and Ashley are the absolute best! ✨💫 Their customer service, kindness, friendliness, and professionalism is unmatched. I’ve stayed at many hotels, and I have yet to see Customer Service displayed like this. 🎊 They made me feel so welcome and special for my stay (that was due to a flood situation in my home). I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice, safe, affordable and pleasant environment. I am in one of their suites and love the open, spacious and peaceful environment. Lastly, it’s nice to get a great hot meal every morning before heading to work. Kudos to the staff, managers and property owners for great service. 🌸
