Pleasantly surprised! This property has been recently renovated and is in great shape. Comfy bedding, nice pillows, and beautiful tile floors (they said upstairs rooms have carpet but we loved the tile). Super clean! Couple nit-picks that don't detract from 5 star rating: --tubs need to be replaced/refinished again --round toilet sits really low and should be replaced with a compact oval Breakfast is about what we expected. Scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit, yogurt, and a waffle station. REALLY good coffee bar!!! Bottom line - much more than the price reflects. Don't pass this up as an option

Stayed here 4 nights and enjoyed it all. Breakfasts were some of the best we have had. Everyday there was some protein, be it sausages, eggs, sausage sandwiches, Patty's. Bagels, fresh fruit , fruit in cups, a few types of yogurt and all the things you could add. Oatmeal. Waffles. Coffee. Teas. Juices. Cereals. And more. And staff kept area very clean. Pool was excellent temperature as was hot tub. Fitness room was great though it needed something besides bathroom sink to get water. Front desk staff very pleasant. Had no problems. Would definitely stay here again.

Where to start, we had a horrible experience with Airbnb and left our place at 3 am, we didn’t know where to go, we needed up in this great hotel. Walking-in at 3 am you don’t expect much, we were well taken care of by the young lady working the night shift, the kitchen staff were offering coffee and told us breakfast will be ready at 6, we rested in the lobby, had breakfast till our room was ready. The rooms are clean and the location is beautiful as were were up north surrounded by mountains. The Manager there is doing a great job, kudos to him and his professional team.

The front desk staff were amazing and went out of their way to get us an early check in. I gave them 3 stars as the room was filthy! I spilled my drink on the tile floor and used a wash rag to clean it up. The rag was black!! The cleaning staff hung out in the area outside our room to smoke. We were only there for an overnight so it was tolerable. Location was great.

You get what you pay for here. Which isn't much. The rooms aren't that well cared for. Our sink drain smelt. And the bathroom had a shower over a bath with a draw curtain. Everything was dated and tired. The bed was clean and fairly comfortable. I went to reception to look for some help but no-one was around. This wasn't particularly late so it was a little surprising.
