Location is great for the accommodation with lots of shops around and close to public transport and attractions. Room was not sound insulated. Curtains had a gap which let the light in. Pool was advertised as heated but wasn’t although was still a nice pool but the advertisement should change to reflect this. The safe we used got jammed with our passports stuck inside. House keeping for some reason don’t collect your rubbish even though you put it in a pile (we left this outside our room and was then collected) Overall would stay again but the price doesn’t reflect the star rating of the hotel.

Fantastic location with walking distance from the city. The staff are absolutely friendly - Shannon, Paul and Teresa were all so helpful. My nephew enjoyed the swimming pool as well. The walls between the rooms however are so thin so you could hear lots of things :( be mindful of this!

Very basic and mediocre experience. Nothing resembles the photos; rooms and bathrooms are very small. The breakfast is very basic and only served from 7 to 9. No lunch or dinner is served. The building is pretty old with terrible sound isolation. The swimming pool is nothing like the photos on their website. It can't be considered a 4-star hotel unless you factor in the location, which is close to good restaurants and offers free and available parking.
