A warm, friendly welcome on arrival. Junior Suite was large and a great balcony Breakfast buffet was excellent with a good choice. Location is overlooking the train station and a 10 minute walk to the Croisette. Overall a Good hotel in the Best Western style. Staff are Professional, Courteous and Friendly.

Nice hotel and Great location. We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on the food. The rooms were very small and there was nowhere to store the suitcases. The bathroom could have done with an additional towel hook and and not in a place where they covered the only full length mirror. Would have been nice to have an additional mirror in the bedroom. The lift was miniscule.Overall a positive experience.

One of the worst hotels to stay in Cannes. It definitely isn't a 4 star hotel. There was dust on the bed and a stain on the bedsheets. I saw little bugs in the bathroom. The furniture is very old. I never felt this uncomfortable at a hotel before. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Be VERY careful with housekeeping and where you leave your things. During our stay housekeeping threw away all of my medication which was left in the bathroom and also took a beach towel we brought from home. We didn’t get either back. The staff (Ulysses, Christophe, and Vesna) were extremely rude and hostile when confronted and attempted to blame us by saying it was “our word against theirs” and that our room was messy, when in fact the room has no storage - there are no drawers or closets, so you will have to live out of your suitcase. They also searched our room without our permission in an attempt to find our missing things while we were out and proceeded to yell at us when we complained saying they had every right to go into our room whenever they wanted. We know they even searched through our private belongings as they listed items that were in our room, which were not on display. It was very disturbing. The bathroom is more of a 3 star standard. Housekeeping also will not replace anything (glasses, toiletries, etc.). The staff are miserable and do not want to help, they ruin the environment as you come and go from the hotel. They really need a training course in hospitality. The pool is extremely misleading from the photos, it is tiny and there is nothing around it. The only good thing about the hotel is that it is relatively clean and in a good location. Unfortunately we would not return due to the hostility from the staff, the poor housekeeping and the lack of trust that our things would be safe. Just to add - if you need evidence of how rude and hostile the staff are at this hotel, just have a look at how they respond to other negative reviews on here. I think it shows you everything you need to see on how they handle any form of complaint!
