A bit far from the center, but they accept pets and that's always great. The rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious, but the best was the receptionist: Mr. Fabio who was friendly, sympathetic and welcoming. A good experience, overall.

Excellent service by the staff in the hotel. From the reception, to the house keeping, and the restaurant, every staff is competent and good at their job. Having stayed for a longer time and experienced other nearby hotels, Hotel Galelio has the highest service and can recommend for both business and leisure. Some points to improve would be to have a writing desk in the rooms. I had wonderful giant rooms but there were no proper desk for working. A better sound proofing to avoid the nearby busy road sounds would be appreciated. Other than these the staff made my stay very comfortable and I will definitely choose this hotel for my future trips in Padova.

Having stayed in this hotel, I've had both good and very bad surprises!!!! I'll start with the good ones: Overall I liked the room, it's comfortable, the bathroom was good, a king size bed. The bar and restaurant were superb! The bar and restaurant staff were very competent, welcoming and the food and drinks were excellent! Now for the bad surprises! So I think I had to deal with the most rotten reception team of all my previous trips! Watch out for scams! They charge you extra for services you've already paid for! They lie to your face! They're cold and bitter. Especially when you need help, they don't give a damn and can be very haughty. The most bitter, incompetent and thieving are the oldest members of the reception team. A word of advice: don't drink from the mini-bar in your room, because they stole an extra 8 euros from me! I call this incompetence! In conclusion, this is a good hotel, but beware of scams and nastiness from reception team!

Excellent stay! We have an apparment room, small kitchen with fridge, dish washer, sink, microwave and stove. Kitchen has cups, glasses, plates, cooking pots and spoons, forks and knifes. Everything was clean and packed in plastic. Hotel is very clean. Restaurant has basic breakfast with excellent home made cake. Location of hotel is A+ 20min by foot to everywhere: city center, train station, shopping mall. Tv in the room is not connected to network, but you have room wifi. Bring 3m network cable for tv! :) From Padova to Venice is 30min by train, ticket price 5€ per person in single direction. Train goes every 15min even at Xmas day.
