We were greeted by friendly staff who provided a welcome drink and showed us to our room. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the upper floor common areas had great views of the city. We left at 4am for a flight and the hotel prepared us a prompt, plentiful and tasty takeaway breakfast. A well run hotel and a great option for a stay in Nairobi.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in Kenya. The location is good, the view is great, and the food is magnificent! The one particular detail that stood out at our stay is the fact Patrick, our porter was very nice. I made a special request for apple juice and he brought it, he really went above and beyond with that. This man should be promoted to manager! Great service!

From the time I arrived to the time I left I throughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Beautiful with a nice location in the city. The breakfast was nice and the service was amazing. One porter, Patrick in particular made our stay at Best Western perfect. The entire time he made my family and I feel very comfortable. He always greeted us whenever he saw us and did everything in his power make sure we enjoying our stay. We’ll definitely visit again.

A 3 star hotel which barely lives up to it's reputation. I booked this hotel as a 1 night stop before heading back to India. The rooms are small. The shower doors do not close properly and water leaks into the bathroom outside the shower capsule It costs upwards of 6k per night and to begin with the location turned out to be quite horrible. Just behind the CBD but also adjoining the local bus station and local footpath market which I would sincerely advise not to venture . The service of the hotel is horrible. They do not provide more than 500ml water p.p . This is almost criminal in my opinion. When we asked for extra creamers they said if that's chargeable. It's impossible to make more than half a cup of coffee with the amount of creamers provided. When we asked for salt it never came. The restaurant on the ground floor is even worse and the food is tasteless so say the least. To top it up when we asked for salt and got water they took 10 minutes after informing multiple minutes and for the staff to argue post that with that audacity absolutely baffled me. For a service industry, in a country like Kenya I don't know what to say. Hoards of Indians in groups flock there and the reception confused me with them at check out. I think only the bed was decent. For 6k a night. Just avoid this hotel or change your entire staff and policy
