The hotel room is compact for two individuals, but it is satisfactory. The staff is amiable, and they always greet customers with warm smiles while assisting them. The breakfast is average. The overall organization and cleanliness are commendable. Although it may not be a luxurious 5-star hotel, it offers the necessary comfort for travelers.

Great sleep and fab breakfast. We chose this hotel at the last minute. All we needed was somewhere clean, functional, with good beds, en-suite, close to the Metro, and with a good breakfast. The Park Inn ticked all the boxes. It's not a luxury hotel, but it's all we needed and at a good price. The staff at reception, in the bar, and at breakfast were all lovely.

I didn’t reserve this place by choice, this was a flight cancellation stay booked by the airline. Plus: Clean bed sheets and towels, quick reaction to big number of unexpected guests, really kind restaurant staff, proximity to the airport. It was really sweet to see how they did what they could to provide people with a decent meal (and a smile). Also, Netto shop is just opposite of the hotel. Minus: I can’t imagine staying in this hotel by choice, reception staff makes you feel like you’re worse kind of guest (hello, I didn’t come here by choice), and responds with annoyed “no” for standard questions as “I have a meal voucher for breakfast, but you’re starting serving it at 6am, while my new flight is at 6.30am; is there a chance for at least a sandwich”. It’s fine you don’t, yet I don’t understand the attitude. It’s very weary, and white lighting makes you feel like you’re in a prison movie from 80s Rooms get loud, you can hear clearly trains passing by. Good to time how punctual they are though. Decor of restaurant and rooms is very, very outdated. Overall, what mattered to me was clean bed and bathroom, and hotel provided that. However, I wouldn’t pay to stay there. It’s just depressing. Two stars for restaurant staff who saved the day, and room service for clean sheets and towels.

This hotel has the easiest access from metro station ever, two stops from airport and six stops from center of Copenhagen. The check-in was literally 10 seconds. There is a sauna and swimming pool. Breakfast was amazing with it's offer. Staff was helpful and we really appreciated the fact that cleaning ladies never came too early to clean. This was an excellent choice of hotel.

Clean, Good location, Near the metro just 2 minutes walk. But one thing was very surprising when my Danish husband spoke Danish at the reception but he asked my husband to please speak English with him, I'm not sure if he's actually Danish but working at the hotel reception he should be able to speak the local language. Ps. This hotel does not have a refrigerator in the room and does not provide you with drinking water.
