It's a little bit confusing to see no reception at the ground floor and no notice that the escalator is not working. At peak times, waiting for the elevator is quite challenging. But once you figure out where the reception is it's fine, the staff a friendly and available 24/24.

It's an OK hotel with very friendly and helpful staff at a prime location directly a on Kudamm. You can park your car in the hotel owned parking garage and use public transit. All options (U-/S-Bahn, Bus and Straßenbahn) stop within less than 5 minutes waking distance.

They weren't able to help me get the invoice with the prices of the room and the breakfast together and the first day, they told me the price was 12$ but they charged me 17$. And I exceed the budget for just that difference. So, that costs me bureaucratic problems.

I don't understand how this hotel is a 4 star hotel. It is the worst Best Western I have ever stayed. I stayed 4 nights and there was internet connection only one day, the 2nd day. They said there is malfunction temporarily with the modem. No minibar or fridge in the room, no coffee machine, water heater is in the wardrobe that you have to carry to somewhere else to use it. We reserved for a queen size bed, they gave us 2 separate beds instead. 17 euros per person for a basic breakfast. Pros: Rooms are quiet, good sound isolation. Fast check in, responsive reception.
