Stayed here for one night after our flight was cancelled. Quick airport shuttle to hotel. Easy check in too. The hotel is a little on the older side. They’ve done a decent job updating the rooms. Would return if price was right.

My experience here was not pleasant and I will probably not stay here again due to it. One of the main reasons is cleanliness of the rooms and the inability to change the temperature in the rooms. When I got to my room it was extremely warm, there was stains on the sheets and towels, the desk was sticky to the point I had to wipe it down, and there was hair in the sink. (I did not bother calling them to complain because I did not have time to change rooms. I thought at least that bed was made and it's only one night.) The only saving grace at this place is the White Spot. Their breakfast and service was fantastic! If you are just looking for a place for breakfast I would recommend there.

Pleasant staff and great location for my business. Room was mainly clean, mirrors smeared, bed made haphazardly and was not very comfortable as it seemed sagging. The hall light was not working. Really appreciated the 2 water bottles I was provided upon arriving. It was walking distance to work. I was not a fan of the coffee dispenser in the lobby. Convenience and ease of parking was big plus.

I stayed here for 2 nights from the island. We caught the ferry over and wanted to make sure our room was reserved and ask if there was any availability for a second room. First call we got hung up on, second call we got transferred to the reservation center before we could even ask a question. It took 3 calls to find out our answer without being transfered. After arriving we check in. The bathroom mirrors had water marks on it. Bedroom headboard needed dusting. Some of the doors are heavy and you can hear people going in and out because it is slamming. Staff were on their cell phones in hallways and at the elevator chatting away. Only a few were kind to say hi. After getting ready I wanted my towels changed so I brought them to the attendant, who was in the room and on his phone when the room was already done, imo go help your team mates! I'm not sure if rooms just don't come with kettles for tea? I called front desk for one in morning time and requested one, someone was suppose to bring one up and never did! So I went to front desk to ask again, she said sorry and said someone is going to bring it to the room....lunch time has come and no kettle! I was out for the day after that. I get back to my room and find no kettle! It was 11pm and I had gone to front desk to ask for one again. If you need a kettle your better off waiting at front desk to get one instead! The spare blankets they feel like foam, your better off bringing your own extra blanket or nag for a comfortor! I hoped for a better stay being that it is a PLUS. ( I almost forgot, my tub was clogged and the water was draining at a snail pace) *421
