Big, comfortable bed, clean, quiet room with correct temperature. It was a bitterly cold weekend and we were grateful to be located just a few steps from the line 7 metro stop. Very convenient to Gare du Nord. Staff were very pleasant (including chamber maid I shared an elevator with). The only reason to subtract a star was because one half of shower door was missing

I love this hotel. I stayed there with my wife and young son to catch an early train from Gare du Nord which is very close. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is included and delicious. It is a bit smaller hotel so there are not that many rooms and the rooms are a bit smaller too. Very practical though. The location is great because it is next to the subway entrance and the heart of the city is around the corner that way.

location is about 10 mins walk from Gare du Nord. Room is clean. many eateries around. Staff friendly n helpful. Speaks English. Although room was small but is nice n cozy n comfortable. if you have large luggage better to get Premier . Breakfast simple n nice

I am staying here right now in an executive suite. This is a wonderful place to stay! We arrived early in the morning for a 3 pm check-in EXHAUSTED. Our 9 year old son has Autism and only slept 2 hours on the flight from NYC. Naturally, our room was not ready. BUT the women who checked us in (I should have their names) were WONDERFUL to us. First, they asked housekeeping to clean our room immediately. Then they gave my son a croissant 🥐! We checked our bags and went for breakfast and our room was ready in an hour! The room looks exactly like in the photos. And the beds are so comfortable. For our first introduction to Paris, this was absolutely the tops. The next morning, we arrived downstairs to the perfect greetings. Also, the AC in the room keeps everything at a great temperature. And the DURAVIT tub is like a swimming pool. The metro is on the corner and Ubers are easy to catch from this location.This area has restaurants and every convenience at your finger tips. I will come back and stay here again without question.
