I'm on a ten-day business trip here. and leaving on 24th January . best western Hotel managers don't give a damn about your accommodation complaints . In less than a week, this is my third room. My first room, which was lovely and on the sixth floor, had issues with the flush and sink blockage. I complained to the front desk, and after one day they upgraded me to a double queen bedroom, which gave me the impression that I was sleeping in the hallway rather than a room. Once more, I requested to be moved to a different room. Instead of offering assistance, they insisted me to move my things onto a trolley my myself . Now I’m staying in room 501. And I'm not getting hot water in my shower since last evening at this excellent hotel. I got in touch with two hotel managers within 24 hours . And today around 10pm I came back to the hotel , I assumed the hotel had resolved the hot water issue.But I just had a shower with the same lukewarm water.And now even I'm not able to change my hotel because of my business trip scheduling. however, I never will never ever recommend this hotel for My company, friends and family .

We were here on a very busy weekend there were tons of kids staying at the hotel. We stayed Saturday and Sunday nights. Sunday morning they were out of pancakes and my daughter was a little sad but the man working the omelette station was so kind and made her strawberry flowers and an orange bear. He also makes delicious omelettes! We had supper from Sherwoods that was delicious!!! Rooms were very clean and comfortable. My only complaint was with it being such a new hotel I was expecting to be able to watch Netflix on the tv. We used to pool on Sunday and it was very clean with lots of towels (with so many kids using it the day before they must of been washing towels all night lol) Great experience all around! Staff is fantastic!!

I put a note on my pre-registration for check in that it was our anniversary, and the staff put a super sweet little gift bag in our room! It had a lovely and thoughtful card in it, and it absolutely made our day! Every staff member I interacted with was helpful, including the man who, while trying to service the breakfast station, held the door for me so I wouldn't miss it.

Mostly glowing reviews. Waterslide was fun, hot tub is nice, breakfast is tasty, hotel was very clean, rooms were nice, parking easy, location great, laundry amazing, staff wonderful. Too much chlorine in the pool and hot tub, the bottom of the slide is very shallow compared to most pools, and the wristbands are so silly and insulting that the vast majority of guests simply ignore them. I would come back.
