The lady who does the breakfast in the morning is so sweet and kind, she really knows customer service. Unfortunately there's never anyone at the desk, have to wait a long time for anyone to show up, if they even know your there. Rooms were Clean to start but never replace your towels or TP or other items used daily. Trash never dumped, etc. Even when we put up the please clean sign on the door.

For being a remodeled hotel it was not up to the usual Best Western. Remodel was fair at best. The shower had a label indicating where the hot water setting was located. I would not stay here again. The staff was friendly, not much else to say. Hands down the worse BW I have stayed at, and we almost always book BW for one night stays while travelling.

Worst treatment and hotel stay experience I've ever experienced. No wonder why none of the employees or the owner, when asked to his face, won't give me his name. He gave me a 1 minute notice on him and their moving company to replace furniture in my room. He lied and said it would take 1 minute when it was well over 5 minutes. Due to this I missed an important business call which made me look very bad. His replies to me were beyond rude. For example, he heard me answer my boss' call when he was in my room and told me, "I heard you say you would call back so it's fine". Assuming that he knows the situation. Trust the other reviews on here and STAY AWAY. It's not worth the terrible treatment and experience you will have here.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely terrible customer service. Do not stay here unless you want to be food for not only roaches, but mice as well. Shanna is an absolute idiot who has no clue what she's doing, and the owner is no better. He's even worse, one of the people in the room next door to me contracted scabies here. DO NOT RECOMMEND! It wasn't even worth 25¢ a night.
