I had a great stay here! We booked through Airbnb and were upgraded without asking and the room was super clean and spacious. The staff were really responsive and kind. The location is a bit further out but it’s still walkable. Great area and it was easy to take the Grab anywhere.

Very clean and spacious. Not a fan of the shower floor but thats the only thing. The appartement is in a little Alley so its quite neighborhood. You can here your upstairs neighbours if they move the furniture.

Everything is fantastic. Air con beautiful & cold, bed is comfy & clean. Beautiful scent throughout the room, very clean, very new. Pleasure staying with you, will be back next time.

Affordable and quiet, this hotel offers spacious rooms with a range of amenities including an ironing board, utensils, a fridge, and cooking equipment. The TV allows you to enjoy Netflix and watch YouTube. The staff is extremely accommodating, always ready to assist you. While there is no room service unless your stay exceeds 5 days, you can simply place your used towels outside the doorstep, and they will provide fresh ones daily. However, a minor downside is the absence of a tissue box in the room. Please be aware that the hotel is not situated directly on the main road. If you choose to take a Grab, the driver will only be able to drop you off on a smaller road, requiring a brief 1-minute walk to reach the hotel. However, finding the place shouldn’t be too challenging as it boasts a prominent and sizable signboard. To access the BiEco gantry, you need to press the intercom. During check-in, they provide you with a device to open and close the gate, along with a room card which is essential for using the lift. The hotel employs top-notch security measures, making it a secure and high-tech choice. I highly recommend it!

Only had 1 night here. Was quite the ordeal to find the place, hidden off the main street in a sort of apartment complex. Finally made contact with the owner and after some miscommunication made it into the lobby. They did not have our booking, which was made months ago but they sorted us out a room quickly. The rooms were lovely and spacious, clean and modern. Rooms have a little kitchenette but not a cold fridge. It's in a great area of town, more residential. There is a key and a gate lock. So can be a bit confusing getting in and out of the complex, but is very secure. Only a short walk to the hustle and bustle of Hanoi and close to train st. Would have loved to spend more time here.
