Had a great stay here, all staff were very accommodating, helpful and friendly. When we asked for something to be done they responded speedily and actioned almost immediately and in good time. Apartment was clean and tidy and I slept very well there. Very enjoyable stay, highly recommend these apartments.

I was not looking forwards to these apartments after reading all the reviews. The reviews make this look horrendous, but this is not the case! I was on a Stag PARTY with 20 people, so we expected some of the problems other stags had with deposits, security etc. Check in - The reception staff are dead miserable (apart from one younger male). Perhaps this should be addressed, as front of house you should be welcoming guests! We didn't have any of the long waits and issues at check-in that other people have complained about. Considering there were 20 people to check in and leaving deposits, it was very quick and we also was able to check in earlier. Room - I must have had the brochure room (13F) because it was fantastic! It was like brand new inside- modern, clean and very roomy. I was taken back by how nice it was because I was expecting a dump. All utensils, cups and glasses was clean. There is even a coffee machine provided with was a big win with me. I can not fault!!! Pool & Security - We went to the pool after checking in our rooms for a meet up with the lads and to get a drink. Within minutes we witnessed the 'dreaded' security guard having a real pop at another stag group for what we saw as laughing and chatting a little loud. He was threatening them with deposits as other people have mentioned. On first thoughts this looked unjust, and we actually agreed that we would try to spend as little time by the pool as possible because of him (we shouldn’t have to feel this way). We did go back a few times… the next day, the same group was having issues with the security. It did not look good, and I do think he could do with some personable skills because I'm sure there are better ways to deescalate and even avoid issues in most cases. I will say even though he isn't the most welcoming of characters, he never actually bothered us all holiday. Perhaps, because we respected others a bit more than the other group. If you don't be over the top you will be fine. The pool is lovely but not enough sunbeds... I felt sorry for the others arriving when us as a part took a good chunk of them. Check out - Check out was faultless to be fair. I couldn’t get a late check out but allowed us to use pool and even shower and toilet facilities in the hotel. On departure the deposit was also reversed rather than waiting weeks. Even one lad who paid in cash go it back in cash there and then. 2 people had issue with reversal but that was down to the card and not the hotel. So, one liners: Reception - Put a smile on your face and greet holiday makers how you should. No excuses for this! Rooms - Mine was perfect! Security - Perhaps a little people coaching is in need. It will help him because he was close to being dropped by one from the other group/ Pool - Much better than expecting – deep and clean. More sunbeds required! Bar - Small and closes too early.
