I have been staying since August 14th. It's cheap, clean and the staff is very friendly. Above all, I did not see any bugs, mosquitoes, rats, or lizards, which I was most worried about. There is a convenience store nearby, a 5-minute walk away, and many massage, coffee shops, and Korean restaurants. Very quiet. Highly recommended.. I am Korean, but I have never been to a Korean restaurant, unhealthy entertainment, or golf, so I have no idea. I always go to restaurants, coffee shops, and massage therapists with local friends on my friend's motorcycle. I am enjoying a happy summer vacation as the cost of my stay has been reduced much more than expected.
