We stayed here with our 3 young children for 2 nights. We had a suite which was perfect for us. The kitchen had everything we needed and the room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The kids loved the pool and playground which was also very clean. We had a few interactions with housekeeping staff, a restaurant server and front desk staff. All were very friendly, helpful and took the time to talk and laugh with our children. We also loved the heated indoor parking on the chilly winter days. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was very clean, very accommodating, and offers free underground parking. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Elevators have goldfish tanks in them, super cool, kids loved it

Military families take note- when asked if we were able to get the military rate we were told no, we had to send it through work and sign a contract? My husband is being sent to WPG for medical ( through work lol) I was transferred to the manager who was incredibly rude and acted like I was stupid because my husband who’s been in 20 years had never heard this before. When I asked if they honoured the relocation rate we were told no. Just something to keep in mind if looking for a hotel during APS..

I was very pleased with my one week stay at this location. Manager Angela and front desk Nina were really great at providing excellent customer service and are very pleasant people. Definitely set the tone for a good experience. I found the location to be very convenient with walking distance to some of the greatest treasures that Winnipeg has to offer; such as the forks, the leaf, and the zoo. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Check in was painful as front desk clerk was apparently not trained and kept asking million questions for one night stay. They need to provide training. Check out was equally frustrating as they didn’t include all charges and when I reminders they made faces. There is no free breakfast- even though you get coupon, you still has to pay some price. Access to this hotel is challenging depending upon which direction you are approaching. There is ample parking next to hotel. Location is close to airport. Pricing is reasonable. Rooms are ok and fairly sized. Gym and pool are available.
