Lovely location with the most amazing view of table mountain and the ocean. A few downsides in my opinion. The food at the hotel was poor. They charged me R95 for a plain pancake. The staff at the restaurant has no clue about the meals they sell which was frustrating. The room was nice but would have preferred a partitioned bathroom instead of open plan. No privacy which was strange.

Had a great week staying here. Rooms are very clean with daily room service. The service was also really good. Attendedbto every request we had very promptly. Breakfast was great as well. Only two downsides are the cape town wind was strong, and the location is kinda far from v&a.

Stunning hotel with incredible views. When I did stay here, the rooms were comfortable and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Recently attended a function at the venue. The food was decent but the staff could benefit from improved ethic. Walking around during speeches and taking orders. In addition staff were not able to adjust lighting etc The venue itself and food was excellent. But unfortunately let down a little. The doormen though were excellent. Friendly and caring and aware of what people wanted or needed.

Recently stayed at the hotel, and the views are incredible. However, the room wasn't as clean as I expected. The toilet wasn't flushed when I arrived, shower tiles weren't clean. Ordered food from the nighttime menu and it wasn't the best, I was let down a little. But breakfast was delicious Went to the spa and it was good, alot left to be desired but can't complain much Overall stay, the bed and the views are the selling point for me. Could've stayed in bed all day
