We had an amazing stay. The room was super comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed the private pool with beautiful views. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Lazarus prepares an amazing breakfast, he also gave us information about everything, helped us ordering food delivery and renting a car. We loved his service overall.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Black Diamond is family owned, and you can tell with the level of service we received. The suite was lovely and you can enjoy great views from your heated private plunge pool. The breakfast they bring straight to your door was fantastic. An amazing experience. Plan to go back again.

We were incredibly disappointed in our stay. The hotel is very far away from anything and Panos suggested we needed to rent a car when we checked in. They don’t have street signs and the traffic is crazy so we didn’t feel comfortable with that. He asked us how we were going to pay for our room and we said we already paid for it and showed proof. He said to listen to him and he would help with anything so we asked if he could book catamaran for IOS the next day or two. He said they were fully booked but we were able to book a catamaran in 5 minutes ourselves. The bed is up multiple stairs and not comfortable. The couch and outside seating also hard as a rock because it has small cushion over concrete. I would not recommend this place to anyone especially for the price. I was completely shocked when all the reviews are so positive.
