A really unacceptable service, let's say service missing at all. They offer an early check in at an extra charge but nothing works... Waited for 40min,keys don't work, nobody came to solved the problem... Apparts are quite normal but already old and not very clean... Staff ☹️

Parking available (outside and separate underground), simple but clean apartment in walking distance to the old town. Check in works via a kiosk, and no, this is not particularly complicated if this isn't your first time with a screen. On their website, I misbooked the apartment (inner city instead of East), literally took 10 minutes via email for them to cancel my mistake.

Cards did not work and had to call everytime customer service for it. Also employee told us parking is 15 euros each hour but in reality it is 8 euros each day, in order to pay for their parking which is 12 euros. Never ask the locals, cannot be trusted here, everyone trying to scam tourists.

Check in is automated, had to wait while another guest was trying to check in, then had difficulty myself. There is nobody to help you when things don't work. I stayed 2 nights and water was cold in shower both days, partner got a scolding hot shower at a different time. No logic behind why water sometimes hot or tepid at best, and no reception to ask questions. The automated check in asks you to select language, if you choose English expect some of the instructions to be in English whilst important instructions like, enter proceed and back are in German. So easy to fix, frustrating when trying to check in in the freezing cold and rain.

This place was centrally located to where we wanted to be. Underground parking that required a code to get in. Room was large and clean. Shower was large with rain shower head as well as a handheld. Kitchenette was clean with dishes, etc. provided. It included a nice mini-fridge. Price was good. Mountain view outside our door. We would definitely stay here again.
