I put 3 stars, although the hotel is perfect. We made our reservation 9 months earlier, right after we knew the date of the Depeche Mode concert in Bucharest. About a week before the concert, friends of ours booked rooms in the same hotel for 2-3 times higher prices than we paid 9 months earlier. Understandable, as the hotel is really near to the place of the concert. And it was then when we started to receive messages from the hotel staff, explaining how the air conditioning system in the hotel had stopped working and as they care for us, they would accept free cancellation of our reservation. (The weather forecast promised 43°C on that day.) They did their best. They kept convincing us to quit till the day of our arrival, while our friends, staying already in the hotel, had a working AC. Afterwards, it came clear, that other people with very early reservations received the same messages. As a result, we had a nice and clean room, with a working air conditioner (not central, but separate for every room!), a safe underground parking and a pretty normal contact with the staff, if it wasn't for the heavy uneasiness in the air. We all knew their try was revealed 5 stars for the hotel. 1 star for their pathetic try... Next day we continued our journey in Romania. We slept in several other places. Some of them not so modern or shiny, as this hotel, but the people we met there were honest and clear. We kept the good memories from these other places.

The rooms are pretty big and clean. The design is a little bit too minimalist. They don't have parking, but there is free parking on the street. At the entrance there is a small coffee shop with really good specialty coffee and a nice barista.

we had two marvelous stays in a short interval. the manager was very friendly and helpful. the hotel is clean, the appartements are spacious and the technology used is pretty cool. the underground parking was very useful ! also the coffee offered on the house is very good, 10/10, would recommend :)
