Lovely staff who are very caring. Tabriz and Raouf are great gentlemen. They have lovely pool and have a fresh simple breakfast at their restaurant across the hotel. The view and nature is great there. So peaceful. The only disadvantage is the beds are not too comfortable.

Cheap hotel in gabala with breakfast option but little uncomfortable, heater wasn't working though staff was very nice they provide alternate solution, furniture was quite old n uncomfortable mattress but view from window was amazing. Location wise best hotel in this price nohur lake and waterfall was very close to this

++ adding to the below. We had the pleasure of experiencing great customer service from Mr. Tabiz during our stay. His attentiveness and kindness made us feel comfortable throughout our visit. Thank you, Mr. Tabiz! My stay at Bliss Hotel was quite disappointing. While the location was convenient, the room itself was average at best. The bed sheets didn't seem fresh, which made me question their cleanliness. Moreover, there was a suffocating smell of Dettol that permeated the room, making it uncomfortable to stay for long periods. The floors felt sticky, further adding to the discomfort. The bathroom was particularly unpleasant, with a suffocating odor and a lack of towels provided. Taking into account these issues, I cannot recommend staying at Bliss Hotel, despite its proximity to Nohur Lake. Request Their team to do better. With people like Tabiz their can make these issues reported by customers rectified.

The hotel is really awful. The rooms have a bad smell. The bed sheets are not clean and it have a bad smell. Also the cover of the beds are not thick and the place is freezing so they are helpless to keep you warm. The bathroom was not clean and it has a bad smell also when we arrived the water heater is not working. The place need to be maintained and the furniture need to be changed because its very old.
