the first impression of a hotel is the receptionist. when we arrived we were told to sit down and wait, while she was SHUFFLING HER PAPERS. what paper tidying activity is more important than serving the guest. then while we were processing the check in the phone rang, she stayed on the phone for close to 10 minutes instead of the telling the caller to hold for 10 seconds max (that was the time she needed to finish the check in process) and made us wait that long. learn to prioritize, miss. we got a deluxe double room for less than 300k. the room was decent, spacious. not too clean but not like sloppy either. a few stains on the bathroom floor. barely any hot water. standard bathroom amenities (soap shampoo toothbrush toothpaste) service staff was pretty responsive and amicable when we complained about some things. location is great if you wanna try different food. there were plenty of restaurant and street food and cafes within walking distance. malls too. 25 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the ferry harbour. all in all not too bad. but I wouldn't come back here.

Indeed the worst hotel i’ve ever been to! I lost my jacket there, they said the house keeping dunno where they keeping it, oh my God! I didn’t get my breakfast coz they said it’s only served till 9:20 while I was coming down at 9:23 and there was no notification whatsoever! The power socket only available one at the closet area. It’s the worst experience ever.

Terrible !!! Every night when I back to my room, cockroaches everywhere, some are even on my bed. I don’t think it deserved to get high score. The only good thing is the location is not far from the Ferry Centre and many restaurants nearby.

The worst hotel I had in my life . Air con totally ruined, room not so clear until affected allergic and not clean the last part don’t Eva see pictures and book this hotel . After u check in u will regret as I had . Is total different and unprofessional way. Kindly choose other hotel. They don’t care to maintain the maintenance . Disappointing. Who are the owner don’t just care about money kindly check ur hotel every each room how the staff has handled and maintain.
