Seems to be actually apartments owned and rented out separately. I booked on agoda and had no problem checking in. Room was clean and included microwave and fridge. I was brought fresh drinking water and toilet paper every day! Location is very convenient with lots of food and shopping in walking distance and a station just across the street.

If i can rate 10 stars for the location. I will! Walking 3 minutes to Saphan Khwai BTS. Just 2 station away to Central Lad Phrao mall and Jodd Fairs, 2 station away to chatucak, and 1 station away to Ari (cafe districts). A lot of street food vendors day & night, so you can have cheap meals around the hotel. Right beside the hotel, there is famous coffee shop. Right across the hotel there is Big C supermarket. A lot of cafes and restaurant too around the hotel. Located in a big road so easy to take taxi or grab car drop off & on. For the room, it was so worht it! Clean and spacious. They have big refrigerator & microwave too! If you want your room to be cleaned you have to ask at the receptionist before 3pm everyday. Unless they will not clean the room. But if you dont, You will still be given your daily water, coffee, and tissue hanging in front of your door EVERY SINGLE DAY. Amazing. And! What i love about this hotel too is, they have washing machine. So you can wash your clothes, and just wait in your room. They have dryer too. Make sure you have 10 baht coins to pay to the machine. EVERYTHING'S PERFECT! WILL BE BACK HERE IF I VISIT BANGKOK AND I WILL RECOMEND THIS HOTEL TO MY FRIENDS..

Nice location just 5 minutes from the skytrain Towel, shampoo and soap are ready for you There are a lot of coffee shops near the hotel, for example, PunThai Coffee, All (7-11), and a good café in the building.

The rooms are comfortable and quite spacious, there is a refrigerator and microwave, as well as a sink. the room design is very nice and modern, it's just not soundproof (the sound isn't too loud, if you're used to living in the middle of a big city), but that's okay because the price is very cheap, close to the station, lots of choices of transportation modes, and lots of street food, and 711 and there is also a place for laundry. I really recommend this place to stay, instead of staying in a bad hostel with the same price.
