It is unbelievable that this hotel is rated with 5 stars! It not deserve even 2 stars. It is not so big problem that rooms are old, but is a big problem the lack of hygiene everywhere. The food is tasteless. The so called "ultra all inclusive" not working, because everything excluding water is with very low quality and with added water. The boy in the only one shop on the territory of the hotel cheats with the prices if you pay with euros or dollars and is not possible to pay by credit card. The only one good think which I can say for this hotel is that is positioned very good. I am very disappointed also from my tour operator Onex Tour, which assured me that hotel is good and renovated, after I read the bad comments for it under it's old name (Bodrum Bay Resort). They lost us as a client.

Good hotel! Very beautiful view from the mountain to the sea and Bodrum. The rooms are normal, there are disadvantages everywhere. But the staff is responsive, you need to talk to the staff. The food is delicious. The sea is clear. So I'm happy :)

I’ve never seen a worse hotel than this. This hotel is not worth even 1 star. I haven't seen any more dirt in a public toilet. When we saw what was happening we refused to stay in this hotel. Terrible dirt and incompetent workers. I noticed how the floors were washed and believe me, they were washed with dirty mops. You could not eat in this hotel because you notice the negligence of the staff, but also the dirty plates. The photos you see on the internet are over 10 years old, now the reality and conditions of the hotel are completely different. If you don't want to ruin your vacation, don't go to this hotel, it's horrible. Also, the receptionists have an aggressive attitude and tried to snap me when I said that the room I was offered had a broken doorknob and unwashed dishes on the floor, and an extremely dirty bathroom. HORRIBLE!
