If I could give higher than 5 star I would! Incredible service and effort! Asked them for a beach front dinner and room decorations for our anniversary and they went above and beyond to arrange everything for us!! Room was beautifully decorated and the table for the dinner was really nice and romantic! Food was delicious and the staff hospitality is very very good! Rooms are spacious with comfy beds and good ac! Beach vies are stunning and the pool is also very nice! The price for what you get is really good! Can’t recommend this place enough!

A dream location! We were here for four nights and had a fantastic time. We were with 11 people and we all agree that this is a beautiful place, with nice staff, good food and service. A reef in front of you, if you like snorkling don't hesitate. And besides the public pool we also had a small pool in front of us, it felt so private and made our stay even more perfect. Great views, East Bali and the Mount Agung. Highly recommend. Greetings from Diana and family and friends

The room is clean,comfortable and good price. Great place to chill. We had a fantastic stay. The staff were so friendly and accomodating restaurant is also serving very delicious food! must try! The breakfast was OK. One can choose local or western food. Sufficient variation and a great place to have breakfast sitting outside. I highly recommend this hotel especially for travelers.

Pleasant but with a huge plumbing problem Liked · The beachfront rooms and shoreline views are incredible, and truly what makes this property. Rooms are clean, large and comfortable. Location is easy to access from the Nusa Penida harbour. Scooter rentals to explore the island are offered by the property itself. Disliked · There is a huge plumbing problem at the hotel, which all guests noted. The water stops pumping into the tank and you can be left without water mid-shower, mid-brushing, mid-flush. When it returns, the water is dirty brown and smelly. Considering this is a beach property, this really needs to be fixed. We stayed in two different rooms and had the same problem, so did the other guests. We booked a connecting room for the second night as there was no availability and the door that separates the rooms was not locked and our neighbours were able to access our bedroom, which poses a huge privacy and security risk. The safe is not easy to use and can be unlocked by simply resetting, which again, is a safety issue. There is no phone in room to connect with reception, so if your villa is further down the shore, you need to walk to them with every request.

Stayed at this property for 2 days in Jan 24. Location is good. However connecting villas can make use of some soundproofing. Staff is the main issue. There is an individual at reception named ‘ Gede’ . He could learn something about hospitality and humility. While you talk to him he mutters something in local language. Also snorkelling gear provided was broken and I was charged for the same even though I returned it back immediately.
