Good location with an easy drive to several activities, and you actually can't smell Rotorua's signature scent from the grounds (not that I noticed at least). The park is built on a giant one-way system for traffic and has a kitchen/laundry/bathroom in the central area. The kitchen seems a bit small for the amount of people sharing but at least had quite a few tables available to eat from inside. The staff at the front desk were amazing, made several great recommendations for activities and shared some lesser known spots to visit as well. Laundry was a decent price but probably needed at least one more set of machines for the size of the park? Otherwise it's a good place to stay!

We only stayed 2 nights but the place was fantastic. Lovely safe area for kids to play. So nice to see everyone out and about on bikes enjoying themselves. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant to deal with, even while they were under the pump with incoming check-ins. The only (minor) inconvenience was the WiFi not being completely reliable but the management were onto this and hopefully it’ll be rectified before our next visit - and there will be more visits. The facilities were Top Notch and the free access to a large BBQ and dining area is a master stroke. The well stocked ‘dairy’ and convenience store make it easy to get the small items like milk, ice creams, tooth paste etc without having to go back into town.

Cancelled my booking due to a serious injury. Incredibly disappointed with management, not only were the owners Kelsie & Patrick not interested in talking to one of their customers but management were unwilling to offer a refund if they received another booking on the cabin. Would prefer to pocket my $250 deposit! There generous offer was to hold the booking open for 6 months knowing I wouldn’t be physically capable to travel within that time frame. Other companies we had booked with were happy to make exceptions to their usual t&c’s, given the unforeseen circumstances. I do not recommend booking or staying at Rotorua Blue Lake Top 10 Holiday Park.
