Nice rooms, excellent location. The higher floor rooms obviously have nicer views. Elevators are rather packed in the mornings as everyone leaves for work since it's a business oriented neighborhood, but they are supposed to be making improvements there (one of 3 elevators is on its own system?). The maids were great, it's nice to get daily turndown that so many other places have stopped. Rodrigo at the front desk was very helpful and spoke good English. I did have trouble with a piece of my laundry being stained... however they were able to fix it with a 2nd attempt so all good there.

The location is great, room is nice, but something caused me a strong allergic reaction. Im not sure if the ac or cheap feather pillows. Provably the later. I travel a lot for work and I have never seen anything like that.

I have stayed at Blue Tree Premium Faria Lima hotel on four different occasions in 2023 ( almost 20 days). The rooms are clean and the hotel showers are strong with great hot water. it is conveniently located to businesses, nice restaurants and shopping. Free breakfast is included. I use the room service for dinner when I don't want to go out. The staff is friendly. I had an issue one day and Wesley at the front desk was of great help. Obrigada, Blue Tree!
