Right next to SGN airport . So handy if you have an early flight, to be fair it's not too far from central Ho Chi Minh either . The rooms are top, top quality. Very large and modern . Well equipped kitchen and bathroom with all mod cons . Bedroom super comfy with plenty of storage. There's a swimming pool outside if you get chance as well. The reception staff are great and speak very good English. Overall a luxury stay for a budget price .

I like this place. Very good value for money considering that in the same price range you get a tiny room in District 1. Of course the location is right next to the airport and there are not many good restaurants in the walking distance. But Grab is cheap and can also deliver food. Other than that all good. By the way, it's quite, can't hear any planes.

One of the best airport transit facilities in HCMC. Grab Taxi costs 100k return trip. With free hand, one can even walk easily 400m to arrive international airport via back gate along "A75" road. Can't walk with suitcase due to uneven pavement. The first night on arrival, downstairs Cote de larue Cafe/ Bistro finished selling food so walking back to airport for dinner was convenient. They gave a smoking room though booking requested non-smoking. Very fast check in but male staff did not help with luggage. Its room is really spacious, with fully equipped kitchen though some gadgets were missing or unpaired. Outdoor pool & gym are great! Guests staying in this serviced apartment can well socialize with the locals living in permanent resident towers within the same complex. Highly recommend.

The location was not easy. I won't recommend to walk from the airport. I tried but gave up and took a taxi in the end. It was quite hard to pull out my suitcase. If you only have bagpack or something, you would be able to make it. I stayed one night here. The receptionist was friendly and kind. The room was clearn and comfort. There was a king size bed. Also, amenities in the bathroom and coffee in the kitchen. Some power outlets did not work or it was just because a kettle I used was broken. I don't know. I was in rush and couldn't check it. I couldn't boil water but I grabbed a water bottle instead. In the bathroom, I felt like shower was not warm enough. The temp was like 37-38°C. It's ok, the temp in Vietnam is warm anyway. There was no dryer. I couldn't wash my hair. Instead, I used a disposable shower cap included in the amenities. The receiptionist's friendliness is a point and the reason I left 5 stars. They cought a taxi from the hotel when I asked. Thanks for your service!
