Room dirty and even after being moved twice it fell well below expectations. Couldn't even unpacked my clothes as drawers were filthy. I made a official complaint on my return and Promised a phone call from manager Sumit but still waiting since October . Which just about sums it up . Noticed he replies to good reviews from those obviously put in updated clean room but never replies to any bad reviews. Shame really as this hotel is in a ideal position and to be fair the food is OK but the rooms are appalling even biscuits and rubbish under the bed from last guest. I'm returning to Blackpool again this year but won't be staying here.

Stayed with my little boy last night, we really enjoyed our stay , room was nice and clean , good size , nice & warm aswell, loved that we could have the heating on whenever we wanted. Lovely staff. We really enjoyed the swimming pool aswell :) good value for money . Thank you we will be returning again soon .

Had a 2 night stay with my 6 year old granddaughter. We arrived during storm Debi so was quite wet and definitely wild. But this didn't put a dampner on our stay here. The reception area is bright and clean and staff were very friendly and helpful in watching my granddaughter whilst I went and unloaded the car. Our room was quite small and basic but was fine as we would be out most of the time. The bed was lovely and comfy and pillows and duvet were really good quality and thick. Bedding was clean and pillow and mattress protectors were clean and fresh. Well stocked tea tray which was all clean and nicely presented. Bathroom was OK but some areas could do with a freshen up and a new shower curtain but had clean white towels and was fine to use. We used the swimming pool on both days it was an extra £5 per person each day but we had the pool to ourselves so was great (again we went in November guessing not like this in season) booking essential. The pool was clean and changing rooms were spotless. Small sauna aswel, lockers were available too. Parking was £6 per day and was right outside the hotel. Fabulous location on the seafront and bus and tram stop outside. The hotel was warm and was very quiet wouldn't of thought there was a storm going on outside at all. The games room has a pool table,air hockey,racing games,grabber and fruit machine. Had a nice bar which was well stocked and a restaurant (we didn't book for breakfast but was served between 9&9.30 so wasn't too early so will definitely book b&b next time). Highly recommend here for a great priced hotel with lots to do.
