Must be honest , we were a bit worried about the whole experience after reading the reviews , but it turn out just fine. The check - in process was smooth and easy. Someone met us downstairs with the key ( we arrived earlier than scheduled, but he was nice enough to accommodate us ) and he showed us around the place. The place was clean and had pretty much all a tourist needs to feel comfortable. Small issue with an AC, but not a problem in october. The location is very good, there is a metro station 2 min away, a bus stop even closer, a Carrefour market nearby, a few coffee shops and a place to grab something to eat. Overall, we had a good experience and a great time.

Terrible accommodation, dirty rooms with a lot of mold in the bedrooms and bathrooms. In the apartment the Wi-Fi was never working, there was no toilet paper or glasses. The air conditioner shuts down every two hours or so and it becomes impossible to sleep at night. To be avoided

House full of mold and infiltrations They don't deliver air conditioner remote controls (they say they only do it in summer) The agency that deals with it is careless and absolutely does not know how to manage the needs of customers (we had 3 children aged 9 months to 2 years). The humidity destroyed us and we were there for a shelter and not for a holiday Look for something else
