Step outside and you are almost in the middle of Porto, which makes it even more magnificent that this apartment, at this location, has everything you need. It's on a relatively silent street while still being in the middle of the city center in minutes, it has a private bathroom and small kitchen, the beds are comfortable, the apartment has a TV and great shutters to keep the sun out (we've found out how important that is in Portugal in summer 😜). Furthermore, even though there is no daily housekeeping, the service was great and our check-in was quick and we got some nice tips from the staff. One minor remark: in our apartment the shower could have used an upgrade. It worked, but a new showerhead would be a good choice.

Spotlessly clean and very modern apartment everything you need for a comfortable stay the lady that met us there with the key was very friendly and welcoming would love to stay again. Also a great location with amazing views. Restaurant 3 minutes away called the hungry biker is a must for breakfast over all great experience.

If you are booking a studio apartment with these guys you will most likely be as disappointed as I was with the accommodation. Based on the pictures provided on various booking sites, I was expecting a bright, modern suite, and this is not what I found on arrival. I felt kind of bait and switched. Aside from aesthetic differences, the apartment was very noisy. It's on ground level, so there is a lot of noise both from the streets and the overhead neighbors. You'll hear every step they take. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, with cheap, lumpy pillows. Think cheap motel quality. WiFi signal was weak in the mornings. Location was good for the price at least. I wish they had been more honest in the listings for this place, because I would have been willing to pay more for a nicer room/apartment if I had known. By the time I arrived and saw the place, it was a bit late to book a different place.

Loud, noisy, dirty, awful pillows! Unfortunately we didn't get the room we booked in advance. We had planned to have breakfast on the terrace every morning. The one we got wasn't that good since we heard the noise from the stairs every time people went through. The toilet wasn't cleaned properly (nasty brown spots from the last guests I had to clean properly to use the toilet). We had a marvelous view (though we wished the little terrace) to the river but with dirty windows wasn't that enjoyable but by opened windows though was very cold. After seeing that mess we preferred not to use the kitchen stuff. We spent extra money for daily bkfst. Not enough place to set our stuff in the bathroom. They don't offer a proper space for setting the luggage in case arriving before 12 pm but at the very entrance to the building where actually everyone goes in and out. Actually you have everything here to survive a couple of days but I would not mind if they would be more careful with the cleaning. It was loud Everytime people went up and stairs plus noise from the constructions around and the steps upstairs. Beds are too hard for light people. As I love willows it didn't disturb me to hear them all the time. Better than noisy neighbors or Drilling!
