The apartment is very clean, well appointed, comfortable, chic, and in a great location. There is easy access to transit and shopping of all kinds. Susana was wonderful on check in and all interactions that my wife and I had with her.

My daughter got married in 2020, and since I had been a travel agent many years ago, I helped her book the flight and hotels for her honeymoon. We booked directly with the hotels rather than using a company like booking.com so that the hotels could make the full profit. A few weeks later, Covid hit, and my daughter and her fiancé made the sad decision to cancel their trip as there were too many uncertainties with travelling. It took some time, but every single hotel and remarkably even the airline gave them a refund. Not this particular hotel. They were booked for 4 nights and this hotel kept the entire advance payment of the full 4 nights even though my daughter cancelled more than two months before their intended stay. Not impressed.
