Our stay was good at the beginning however we had another trip to Antalya and unfortunately we had to leave some of our luggage behind. We trusted the hotel owner and left our luggage behind, upon our return, we had so much of our stuff missing which obviously means that our belongings were stolen by one of their employees. The missing items included gifts we brought for family who also traveled from abroad. There was expensive branded perfumes, brand new clothes, chocolates. The employee didn’t even leave the drinks we left behind such as coke and sprite. We have been very disappointed, sad and stressed because of this incident and the owner has been of no help. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

Not bad. Our room was rented for 3 people, but 4 could fit. Not every bed as a socket close to it to charge your phone, but there are other ones in other places. There is hot water, but sometimes it can go away, due to other people also using it, I suppose. However, it's unlimited (no boiler...). There is an air conditioner, both to cool, dry and heat up the room. Not very fast, but it works. Someone can enter the rooms to clean them. They will not clean your s***, but make the beds and maybe sweep the floor. There was a wardrobe, but not very practical for the amount of people my room could host. In fact, we almost didn't use it. There was a smart 40 inches TV in our room, with Netflix already added. Not sure if it was of someone who rented the room before us or from the hotel, but cool. I will specify the number of the room once I leave... Apart from that, the room was very humid, with drops on the ceiling. The man downstairs always opens the door for you, that's kind. They don't speak English, but you can communicate through the translator. There is a laundry shop around the corner (literally). It doesn't look that good from the outside, and the man doesn't speak any English or accept cards (doesn't even have the tool to pay with card), but you could use cash or a bank transfer to his IBAN.

Staying at The BoNaMi Hotel was an amazing experience. The people who work here are lovely and helpful. They were very welcoming and are willing to help you with all your needs. The hotel is in the most perfect location. Close to everywhere you would want and need to go. The hotel got cleaned everyday. When i do visit Turkey again i will be sure to book BoNaMi hotel again. Amazing location, amazing food, amazing people & very quiet surroundings.

Really great hotel. Right next to a metro and tram stop so easy to get about. Rooms really nice. We stayed on the top floor with terrace. The views were stunning at any time of the day. Room had tv with netflix. Mini fridge in the room. Bathroom was beautiful and nice shower. Very comfy bed. Staff were great and very helpful they answered and helped us with all of our questions. Would 100% come back. Great value for money

Very nice hotel. Soft beds, toilets clean. İts a new hotel which has been there for only a year. Close to the metro station and tramway. Staff are very friendly if you are lucky enough to have the room on the terrace you can see the galata tower from there. 10 mins walk to Süleymaniye mosque , 10 mins walk to Egyptian bazaar 15 mins walk to grand bazaar. Definetly recommend.
