We stayed here for 3 nights. Most of the staff are lovely, but on our last day, the older man, Igarashi, ruined it for us. He angrily shooed us out of the hostel, 5 minutes after we had checked out (on time). I travel a lot and found this extremely inhospitable behaviour. The hostel is large and was empty, so no need for this attitude at all. Also, none of the staff told any of the guests (we asked around) about the free ice-cream at reception. They only mention the free drinks. I didn't mind paying for a shower but the procedure of going to reception before and after showers was a pain. The capsules were way too hot at night (Oct/Nov) and there's no way to adjust the temperature. Perfect location, however.

Not the best, but location good. Stayed 3 nights. Staff could be quite rude. If you’re looking for comfort and hospitable hosting forget it! The person on morning duty has no people skills. Igarashi 😡 Having to pay for shower, towel and hairdryer 😡 Nowhere to leave luggage despite loads of space 😡 Nowhere to launder clothes either.

even they hv extra bad but they wont let you change when there’s stinky… ¥3,800 for stay,¥200 for shower and ¥30 for teeth brush if you want to experience life or miss the last train ,you can have a try

NO RECOMMEND, IF YOU STAY, YOU WILL PAY FEE BATH 200 YEN. THE HOSTEL IS WORST NO 1 ON WORLD. I WANT TO ASK THEM TO KEEP MY LUGGAGE BECAUSE I WILL GO TO OSAKA, AFTER OSAKA, I WILL BE BACK STAY THERE BUT THE OLD MAN WAS RUDE LIKE AS DRIVE AWAY ME. THE OLD MAN WAS NOT FRIENDLY LIKE AS JAPANESE WHO FAMOUS FRIENDLY. NEXT TIME I WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN AND I WILL BOOK MY OLD HOSTEL (BEFORE). MY OLD HOSTEL WAS KIND AND GOOD. MY LUGGAGE CAN BE IN MY OLD HOSTEL DURING I TAKE TRIP TO HOKKAIDO & NAGASAKI. YOU MUST THINK TWICE TIME BEFORE BOOK HERE. I SAY YOU "NO RECOMMEND"
