This is the noisiest place I have ever lived. I'm on the 41st floor of block A, and it sounds as if I'm on the bottom floor right next to the freeway!!! That's with the windows closed. With them open it sounds as if I'm in the middle of the freeway! At least 1 of 4 elevators is always "out of service". People steal your packages from the mail room. It's about 20 minutes drive from anywhere to go shopping. The design of the tennis courts makes them unusable most of the time because of the amount of water that's retained after each day of rain. Not worth the price.

I live here. The area is nice, quiet. The building is high quality and always clean. The security personnel are always nice and friendly. The maintenance office staff is also very helpful and friendly. The facilities are some of the best I've seen in Malaysia, with (not 1, but) 4 pools (1 lap pool, 1 big pool for leisure, 1 small pool with water exercise machines, and 1 kids pool). The is a block nearby with some restaurants, a police station, 7/11 etc.
