The good things about this hotel is that you are very close to all the good places in nice. You can just walk to the beach,nice restaurants or stores. When we first arrived we had to wait approximately 3 hours before we could check in due to the rooms not being cleaned yet and they were busy with the hotel rooms being fully booked. The lounge was not clean and it gave a sense of “try hard” The room we stayed at was okay, absolutely not the feeling of 5 star hotel room. You could not get any fresh air from the room because everything was closed up with glass that were not possible to open. Good thing about the bedroom was that it had good covering curtains so you could have it fully dark if you wanted to. But overall It did not give me a sense of luxury The massage at the spa was not the best. It was more like somebody putting oil on your legs rather than a real massage. The girl made me fill in a whole blanket with information about how I would like to have my massage and I found that odd since she could not speak or understand one single English word. And she only did whatever she wanted. I also got no face massage even though it was included and I paid for it. They tried really hard to sell me their oil which I founded stressful. We payed a high price for what we thought would be a luxury experience but it was disappointing. Other than that it was okay.

I can recommend it well. But it is definitely far too expensive. Generally clean nice hotel. Very delicious breakfast. Email do not read the hotel and unfortunately do not answer either. Too bad. Pool is not clean and outdated. Renovation would be good! Otherwise everything is fine. Doorman 💁‍♂️ was very very nice man 👍

Location was great. Service was good too. For it being a 5 star hotel I did expect better. Noticed hotel towels were old and sometimes stained weren’t cleaned properly. One of the staff I believe her name is Rose wasn’t very honest. I had to do my own research and since it was low season we wanted to upgrade to a bigger room since we had a baby with us. She would say there was only one left and because of a plumbing issue there is a stench as the only room she can give us. She wasn’t gonna charge us extra for it. I checked on a third party website stating there were 2 rooms left. I showed the staff and then they tell us there was a glitch in their system…. She ended up giving us the room and still made us pay $800 extra even tho rates were still lower online. We didn’t appreciate the shadiness and thirst for more money to spend. Otherwise the rest of the staff was super friendly.

I visited Nice for a short break and stayed in this hotel for the first time in all the many years I have visited Nice. The staff at the front desk of the Boscolo Hotel couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Room service was prompt and efficient. The little touch of filling the mini fridge with soft drinks and water daily for free was much appreciated. Free access to the Spa was also welcoming. The hotel looked great from both inside and out and I liked the chairs provided in the lifts to ease the pressure off your feet after a long day of touring beautiful Nice. The location of the hotel is ideal for transportation, walking to different places of interest or finding other restaurants in the area. I would definitely stay at the Boscolo Hotel again and recommend it highly to anyone who wants to enjoy a comfortable stay in Nice.

Had a lovely experience! Our room was beautiful and had a great view of the city and a balcony. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a great stay and were so helpful with recommendations, etc. The rooftop pool was amazing and a great spot to grab a drink! Special thanks to Lorenzo for bringing us the best pizza when we ordered room service the night of our arrival after many delays getting to Nice. Would absolutely stay again!
