Botanic Apartment

Amazing service from GM Suzanne, she provided 5* service pre, post and during our stay and accommodated a few changes and requests we had without hesitation. The apartments themselves are modern, well appointed and stocked with everything (even down to washing tabs). The location is 5 minutes walk from central station. I will definitely be coming back to Botanik! Thank you Suzanne

Everything is good except for: 1. the Korean? woman cleaner judges Chinese guests very hard whiling finishing her work. I believe she is a racist. This is quite a long story so I put my complaint below. After complaint, she did not apologize to me in person. Instead, she kept saying bad words about me in Korean with her other Korean colleague (Eg that BTCH is coming) when we met in the public area later. She did not know I have studied Korean language at college 🙄 This is awful. My complaint: Hi, Suzanne. This is Xiaobin Li from 105. I have just finished the room cleaning and I really need to make a complaint for the lady. She is sooooooo rude and unrespectful. First, I told her that I just need some light cleaning but she kept taking and spent a long long time doing all those unnecessary stuff Eg wipe the walls that are absolutely clean and unused. Second, I did eat the the bedroom and there is a little bit of water on the bench top. But the cookies are not like permanent damage and the water is easy to wipe, and the amount is not that large. In fact, they have cleaned them up quickly. But she kept judging me in a super unrespectful way like saying "emmm I have never seen this before". For me, I have never seen such an unrespectful cleaner ever in the world. Besides, this is a normal cleaning in a hotel, instead of periodic inspection of a residential property. So I bet this amount of job is completely reasonable and not big. I told her that her job is not to judge the customers instead of doing the cleaning. But she kept doing so. Third, she kept attacking me and asked me to stay away from her. This is my room and I am free to stay wherever I like. The place where I was standing did not cause trouble to her work at all. She just hate seeing me! Fourth, she took photos of my room even after my objections. I know I ate in the bedroom and will not do it anymore. But the chocolate cookies are very easy to clean up and caused no damage so what's the point for her to take photos of my bed and room when I explicitly objected? This is super impolite and rude. Fourth, I told her not to waste time on wiping the clean walls and I need some rest so please do it quickly. But she kept doing so and created a lot of noise. This is very rude again. 2. The compulsory final inspection policy is annoying and against my quiet and exclusive possession. I don’t know if it is the same for everyone or just on me. But I feel very uncomfortable about this rule.
