I recently stayed at Boulevard Hotel Batumi and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The two main issues I encountered were cleanliness (Dirty surfaces, uncleaned bathroom and dirty blankets) and unprofessional staff behavior - We stayed for 3 nights, we had paid the price of 1 night in advance, and at the time of check-in we were told that if we did not pay the rest immediately, we would not be allowed in the room, which is why they put us in a very uncomfortable situation and delayed us at the reception for a very long time. With all this, rooms were reserved for 3, and when we arrived the room was ready only for 2. When we asked for a third bed, they brought us dirty covers and told us to put the covers in an envelope ourselves. I hope the management of Boulevard takes these issues seriously and works towards improving their cleanliness standards and staff training. I believe with these improvements, they can offer a more pleasant experience to future guests.

Really beautiful hotel, staying here was a lovely experience. The rooms are stylish, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very nice and the staff is really accommodating and friendly. Great location, it was really easy for me to walk everywhere. I was really happy with my time here and will stay again on my next visit to Batumi. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.
