Brenton Breakers meet my expectations, it is well located a kilometer walk to the beach, the nearest beautiful restaurant is Butterfly Blu, very very nice

What a gem. Excellent views, access to a private beach and all the amenities you could ask for. A real Oasis if you want to escape the city and clear your mind. You're also just a stones there away from Knysna and surrounds if you wanna do some exploring. Cant recommend it enough and will definitely be going back there.

When you decide to stay at Brenton Breakers, it is for the view...it is amazing. Unfortunately you cannot go to the beach from there as you will need to go down very steep stairs...unless you are super fit. The unit provides for basic needs and was clean but had a musty smell. Unfortunately when there is loadshedding there is no way to cook any food or even make a cup of coffee because stoves are electric. We were there during a time when Eskom decided to do stage 4 loadshedding. We could therefore also not warm any milk for our baby. I would suggest they put little gas burners in the units for times like these. No washing machine in the unit means it is not convenient for a long stay.
