We stayed in the Brooklyn as a stop over to see the Blackpool illuminations. This wasn't very difficult to find, however it states it's on the promenade I'd say a little off the promenade and the complete other end to where all the fun is happening. That said this was not a problem for us. Parking was a little tricky, the Kwik fit kindly allowed me to stay in there car park as it was only for the night. The management did say there were a few spaces to the back of the property but we'd already sorted it. The mangers who greeted us seem to run this solely and where all too happy to help if there was anything we needed etc. I ended up having a chat with them and wow do they work hard. The rooms very basic but it was all that was needed family room consisted of a double, single and a put you up bed. Telly and tea making facilities along with a toilet and shower. We didn't need anything else! Breakfast was included in the price, this was the tricky part as they only serve for 1 hour which is fine but we had had a long night previously so difficult getting children up and ready (that's our issues) Breakfast was busy given you only have the hour so was quite slow. You can help yourself cereal, fruit juices but the rest was ordered. The children were getting quite frustrated at this point and the dinning room was full of other guest. The breakfast was the most tricky part but I guess that works for them. Other than the stairs, if you have mobility issues I wouldn't recommend the stairs are old and steep. Overall the managers made us feel very welcome, breakfast was good when we finally got it and the hotel did exactly what we needed. Would I come here again, yes of I needed too.

Definitely coming again next year loved it. Hosts are amazing. Breakfast was beautiful. The hosts are lush and make the hotel so fabulous.

Good location away from hustle and bustle of centre. Tram.stop at bottom of road. Rooms were clean and tidy. The hosts were excellent, nothing to kuxh trouble. Breakfast was delicious. Would recommend
