Great rooms, service, and atmosphere. Nikita is a pleasure to deal with and very helpful and personable. If I had to complain about anything is you need to change the tap heads in the bathroom. The way it's designed and the neck is higher than where sinks starts you end up just making a big mess of the counter every time you use it. That tap looks more like something you'd see on a bar counter. That's my only complaint. Everything else is great.

I have been a frequent guest even though I live in Ottawa, it's the perfect place for your next staycation! It's always clean, welcoming, and comfortable. I love the restaurants, the daily jazz is so fun and Perspectives is amazing for brunch especially. Room service is always efficient and delicious and hot! I honestly don't have many downsides, their pools are awesome all year, the spa is friendly and the services are great, and their new arcade room is actually a really fun addition. We did the Sens package this time and that was awesome, great value for money and a really fun time. Would always recommend a stay at Brookstreet, thanks to all the people who work there, they are all friendly and ready to help at all times.

Highly recommend the hotel restaurant for a fantastic dining experience! A good wine selection, and the fall dinner special was a culinary delight—starting with a delectable squash soup and followed by a flavorful duck main course. Sushi, recommended to us, proved to be an excellent choice for starters. Don't miss out on the desserts. Overall, a memorable and delicious evening!

The brookstreet hotel didn't accept my gift card of $400 to pay for our two night stay. Fine, I used my credit card. I had the opportunity to have a service done at the spa to use up my gift card. The spa only had one time slot. I requested a late check out until noon so my family could be comfortable while they waited. The answer was no with no reason. I definitely will not recommend. Not acceptable. Way to make it difficult for customers to use a gift card. Don't even bother replying how sorry you're to hear about our stay. It's like we were forced to pay by credit card and then use up our gift card but having to double up and forced to spend my gift cards. That's fraud! There is no way anyone would want to spend a dime at your hotel after all this.

While I didn't stay overnight, my recent experience at this venue left a lasting impression as I utilized their facilities for a party. The cleanliness of the place was striking. The size of the venue was impressive, providing an ample and comfortable space for our gathering. However, what truly stood out was the infectious positivity radiating from the staff. Their smiles were not just a formality but a genuine reflection of their welcoming attitude. This added an extra layer of warmth to the atmosphere, making the entire event more enjoyable.
