It's only a small walk along the river, but Brothers villa is a hidden gem nestled amongst a few great restaurants. Rooms were well appointed, but external windows in the inner rooms. The bathrooms were great, and the staff were amazing. Only niggle, they didn't make the rooms up daily, and we had to chase for fresh towels. But this is so small when everything else is taken into account. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great experience staying here with 3 people. The room was a great size and the staff are super helpful and friendly. We preferred to stay away from the noise of the main square and enjoyed the short walk to the center of town each day. This was a great find.

love this place!! we always come back here every time we're in Hoi An. The villa is in a walking distance of Hoi An ancient town and night market so it's really convenient. You can always ask for the villa's bikes if you mind walking, and it's like a 5-minute ride to downtown. The room here is really nice and clean, with fully equipped bathroom (I'm very pleased). The receptionist was really friendly with us and a great help when we asked for recommendations of what to do in Hoi An and gave us some local insights and tips when traveling. Overall, our family had a wonderful time here and would highly recommend it to others.

Honestly we have nothing but great things to say about our stay. We loved it so much we extended two day and stayed five nights. The rooms are the cleanest we’ve seen, the aircon keeps it nice and cold, and there are great toiletry extras if needed. The location is perfect. It’s walking distance to Old Town and the Night Markets. There are amazing places to eat near by, too. Free bikes to use to visit local sites that are a bit farther away. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They were able to help book excursions, laundry was 30k/kg, and even got us a great deal on a taxi back to the airport. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This is one of the best Villas I have stayed in. The location is great for the old town and taxis are cheap if you want to go to the beach. The Villa also provides free bicycles so you can explore Hoi An. The indoor pool is lovely to cool off in after a morning shopping 🛍 😀 I initially booked for a few nights and liked it so much extended my stay 👍 The owner is very kind and helpful and goes that extra mile to help you out. He has recommended some fab places to eat, shop and drink coffee ☕ They make your room up everyday and give you fresh towels. The ensuite has a great rainforest shower. There is a cute courtyard outside to sit and chill with a cold beer (from the fridge in reception - very reasonably priced) and do a bit of people watching or relax 😁 The Villa is new so everything is in good condition and nicely decorated. There is coffee making facilities in the room and a fridge. It's quiet at night and the bed is very comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here 👍🌻
