we had 3 nights here, an oasis of calm less than 5 min from fishermans bastion. the hyper clean room was as as quiet as space! with the blackout curtains and comfortable bed was perfect after days walking the city. staff not pushy just there when needed and so helpful. love the breakfast too. perfect hospitality highly reccomended.

This was not value for money kind of place. I get it - New Year’s Eve, everything costs like an arm and a leg, but folks come on - it is a celebration, a special occasion! People came to your hotel to create memories! Do smth extra for your guests! Put some welcome fruit platter in a room for arrival, serve some low cost Prosecco for breakfast, play festive music at the hall or something else. at the end of the day you are charging 270€ per night, and in return you give some boiled eggs and ham and yogurts and that’s it?! Besides that the rooms and halls need a refreshment of carpets and walls - everything is stained and discoloured. It was very chilly through our stay, especially in the bathroom: I could literally feel the draft coming from the window. We kept the temperature at 25 but it was barely 20. And the last thing - very few channels on the tv, nothing is in English but CNN. Seriously? It is winter, we come with kids, both evenings we spent in the room: no cartoons, no movies, no music? You need to improve that.

Nice clean hotel. Huge room, large bathroom. The staff are very helpful and friendly, the gentleman on reception was very nice and polite. My daughter and I had a lovely stay.
