I worried at first that this hotel was too good to be true. And I’m happy to report it was just as beautiful as it looks in the photos. The service is wonderful and so helpful. They rent bikes right there if that’s your jam. We were so close to the action in patong that we just walked everywhere. Coffee shops, tour guides, restaurants and markets all right there. The main busy touristy street is a bit of a walk away, but I liked being just far enough that there wouldn’t be random drunks walking by. You do have to be comfortable walking in the busy street, but that’s more of a Thailand thing in general. Be warned the pool is not heated, but seeing as it’s hot this time of year, it wasn’t a problem. The place was clean and felt pretty luxurious for the most part. It certainly isn’t sound proof, but the ac works well and it’s mostly quiet. Except, there can be loud cars and a show across the street that did make a lot of noise one night. I was able to sleep through it though; my girlfriend did as well, and she is a light sleeper. Would stay again, I also LOVED the cats that were roaming around.

We booked a stay for 12 nights in what we were lead to believe was a luxury 5* villa, unfortunately on arrival it was clear that the overall of the property fell far short of our expectation. 1. Firstly the overall cleanliness of the property was not to the standard you would expect i.e. deeply watermarked shower door, mould in bathrooms and a strong damp smell. 2. It was impossible to shower underneath the main head (i.e. it would not point straight down in either bedroom resulting in having to hold the shower head for the duration of the intended shower). 3. The toilets kept getting blocked. 4. The shower gel and shampoo were unbranded and appeared to be of the cheapest possible standard and not what you would expect in a luxury villa. 5. There were notices all around the villa concerning fines for non compliance with various aspects of maintaining the villa. 6. Upon entering the villa there are cracks and deterioration in the overall property standard. 7. The upstairs roof spa was freezing cold. 8. There were lizards in the property. We have paid over £4,500 for a 12 night stay (average £375 a night), for this price we were left feeling we would have been better placed staying in a luxury hotel where for this price the facilities and services available would have been far superior. Overall not recommended and fell far short from our expectation. Positives - Friendly staff, quite location, parking.

Book the villa from agoda. The photo shows everything new. But reality is very worn-out. The jacuzzi was not working, the swimming pool water looked dirty and milky, while we saw mosquito lava at the jacuzzi. There's a lot of mosquito at night. Good point: Friendly staff, just 3 mins walking distance to family mart, quiet, 3 toilets( very important especially in the morning) big rooms, big dining area with kitchen appliances such as plates, microwave ect. Well equipped.

The tall 3 stories Villa. As we entered the entrence there was already really bad smell. You have to go up 2 stories with no elevator, with your luggage. And thats okay. Unless: The Villa was dirty, the Pool was disgusting, Towels had blood stains on them, electricity went out couple of times. Insects! Woke up to a giant spider in our room. The Pool on the 3rd floor, you have a wooden platform that reeks of mold because the pool was leaking, and that where the main source of smell came from. Inside the pool was just biohazzard. Seemed like the pool never got cleaned. Plastic bags inside it, and dirty iron. The villa is also located really far from anything good in the city. The only good thing was that the staff let us leave after one day insted of 5 that we booked.
