I expected much less for the price. I’m from Osaka, and the staff’s warm atmosphere reminded me of home. The location is very suitable and it is a very comfortable place to sleep.

There was a smell of cigarettes in the elevator. It was nice that the room had a small raised area where you could take off your shoes. I didn't think it was too small since I was in the bathtub, but when I washed my body/shampooed it, I found it difficult to move my arms and legs. Close to the station and very good value for money. I could see the Sky Tree clearly.

There is a huge difference in reception response during the day and at night. The night receptionist is nice, but the daytime receptionist is unfriendly. When I checked in my baggage, my bag was placed directly on the ground, which I think is a very difficult level for a customer service industry. *I gave it a ⭐️2 because the responses at night were more accurate and gave a better impression.

Check-in was at 8pm, but I was able to leave my luggage there from around 7am, so I was able to leave it there and go sightseeing. It is said that check-in is possible from around 18:00, so if you would like to check in early, please confirm. There were reviews saying that it was close to the station and the noise wasn't a problem, but it bothered me quite a bit. Although it was on the 7th floor, freight trains often passed by, so it was quite audible. I hope that doesn't bother you. The bathroom is quite small.

In front of Minamisenju station. I could clearly see the trains from the window, and although it was right in front of the station, the noise didn't bother me that much. The front desk looks like an office in a management building, but the staff were very pleasant and kind. Although the room itself is not new, it is very clean and well-maintained. I'm also very happy to have water in the fridge. The air conditioner worked perfectly, and the bed and shower were good. I think it's a good value considering the access and price. I would like to take care of you again if I have a chance next time. Thank you!
