2023/09/01~05 Good accommodation for the price. Actually, about 10 minutes from Ueno Station. Although the accommodation is small, living there is no problem at all. There is no special service, but they are friendly and can fit suitcases. Check-in and check-out must be done at the main hotel building. There is a convenience store nearby.

The nearest station to Ueno Urban Hotel Annex is Ueno Station, which is about a 3-minute walk from the Iriya Exit ticket gate. When you exit Ueno Station onto the main street and walk to the left, you will see Sutton Place Hotel, which I introduced in a previous night report, and behind that is the main building of Ueno Urban Hotel. Although the annex is located a few doors down, check-in is currently only available at the main building. You can enter the building by receiving your room card at the main building and waving your room key at the entrance of the annex building. There is a space like a lobby lounge on the first floor, and the website said there was welcome coffee, but at least the annex didn't have it. The hallways were very narrow and the rooms were small, but the ceilings were high so it didn't feel that small. It was simple, but since it was new, it didn't feel uncomfortable. However, the facilities were a little lacking compared to a normal business hotel, such as plastic cups and no air purifier. This time we had a room facing the main street, so the view was good. The water area was new, so it was clean, but the unit bath was narrow. This hotel does not have a restaurant, so breakfast is not provided. Check-in/check-out is at the main building next door. A panda and a duck will welcome you. The front desk was very helpful with directions. There is a coin laundry and microwave on the 1st floor. The single rooms are not very spacious, but they are carefully maintained. The accompanying messages also give a warm sense of humanity. A duck and a panda are also on standby here. It was my first time doing something like this and I was happy. There is a Lawson near the Iriya exit of Ueno Station, and there is a Lawson between the hotel and the hotel.

Its advantage is that it is 5 minutes from Ueno Station and 10 minutes from Keisei Ueno Station. It is also close to Ueno Park and Ameyoko Market. Because it is a 2-star hotel, the price is relatively cheap, and although the hotel room size is small, it is not that uncomfortable. In particular, the rooms are clean. The first floor lobby has a washing machine, dryer, microwave, table, and vending machine. 7-Eleven and Family Mart are located nearby. Check-in and check-out can be done at the Ueno Urban Hotel main building next door.
